Because our soaps are cured in small artisanal batches for 4–6 weeks, all orders are carefully inspected, batch-coded, and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
Every shipment is hand-wrapped in recycled biodegradable cotton paper, encased in honeycomb protective cushions, and sealed in unbleached paper boxes without plastic fillers.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across 19,000+ Indian pincodes. Digital payments via UPI, RuPay, and Netbanking receive instant confirmation and priority warehouse allocation.

Due to strict personal-care hygiene standards, soaps and opened serums cannot be accepted for return once the tamper seal is broken. If an item arrives damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours with unboxing photos for an immediate free replacement.

Cold-process soap is cured over 4 to 6 weeks. This slow curing retains all natural botanical glycerin produced during saponification, keeping your skin soft without harsh detergent sulfates.
Yes! All our soaps, serums, and oils are crafted with gentle botanicals, French kaolin clay, cold-pressed plant oils, and proven skin-identical actives. We recommend a 24-hour patch test before introducing any new formulation.
Because our bars contain zero synthetic hardening chemicals and are rich in natural glycerin, always store your soap on a well-draining wooden or ceramic soap dish between uses to keep it firm and long-lasting.
No! Although they look and smell just like real traditional Indian sweets (gujiya, laddu, kaju katli, modak), they are 100% soy wax decorative candles with natural cotton wicks. Please keep away from children.
